Factory sourcing and comparison
A product photo and a quantity are enough. 1688, trade fairs and the Yiwu market are scanned; manufacturers are contacted in Chinese, and the offers are placed side by side in one table.
- Manufacturer, not middleman: factory or trader — we tell them apart.
- Price, minimum order quantity, lead time and payment terms are compared.
- Questions and gaps are resolved before the shortlist.
Samples and product development
Samples are taken from the selected factories, measured, photographed and sent to you. Material, colour, logo and packaging are tied to a written reference before production.
- Sample measurement and photo report; video if needed.
- Coordination of custom logo, printing and packaging details.
- The approved sample is kept; production is checked against it.
Factory visit and verification
The factory is seen on site: licence, production line, capacity and working order. You know who you are working with before you order.
- Company registration and licence details are checked.
- The production line, machinery and warehouse are documented with photos and video.
- The final negotiation is face to face, in Chinese.
Production follow-up
Every stage in the timeline is followed: raw material, production, packaging, loading. Any delay or change is reported before it becomes a surprise.
- Order details and the timeline are confirmed in writing with the factory.
- Progress is reported stage by stage, with dates and photos.
- Change requests reach the factory without delay, in Chinese and in writing.
Quality control
The pre-shipment inspection follows your criteria: dimensions, quantity, workmanship, packaging. If there is a defect, it is known before the goods reach the port.
- The approved sample and written criteria are the reference.
- Inspection during production or before shipment.
- Coordination of an independent inspection company when needed.
Consolidation and shipping
Goods from different factories are consolidated, cartons and quantities are confirmed, documents are completed, and the cargo is delivered to the chosen forwarder or port.
- Packing list, quantity and readiness confirmation.
- Coordination of proforma, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
- Sea, air or road: the shipping mode follows your request.
