When buying from China, trust is built with documents, not words. When you work with us, there are always two papers on your desk: an itemised invoice and a written timeline.
Factory price, service fee and logistics on separate lines.
We do not give a single-line “total price”. You see the factory’s price as it is; our service fee stands on its own line. Extra costs such as samples or factory visits are not hidden either; they can be read on the invoice.
- Factory price: the manufacturer’s price, as given.
- Service fee: our share, on its own line and agreed in advance.
- Logistics and extra costs: shipping, documents, samples; each on its own line.

The timeline is written before work starts; every stage has a date and an owner.
In the needs-analysis call, product, quantity, quality and lead time become clear; the timeline is written accordingly and sent to you.
Each completed stage is reported with a date and photos. If there will be a delay, you hear it before it happens.
On loading day, delivery details arrive together with the documents. Whatever the timeline said is in your file.
We do not start before we understand you.
Two clients asking for the same product do not have the same needs: one prioritises price, another lead time, another quality. We clarify this in the first conversation and shape the quote accordingly. If a job is not right, we say so from the start.
- Product: photo, dimensions, material, a reference link if you have one.
- Quantity and target price: if you have them; if not, we map the market.
- Lead time and shipping: when, where, by which route.
- Quality criteria: what you accept, what you do not.
